How To Open A Fixd Account?

To open an account on fixdapp.com, follow these steps:

Download the FIXD app from the App Store or Google Play Store.
Open the app and register an account.
Turn on Bluetooth on your device.
If you have a FIXD sensor, select "I have a FIXD sensor".
Locate the OBD-II port in your vehicle, usually found on the driver's side under the dashboard, just above the pedals.
Plug the sensor into the OBD-II port and start your engine.
The FIXD app will scan for a nearby sensor, and your sensor should appear on your screen.
Name your sensor after the vehicle to which it is connected.
Once your account, sensor, and vehicle are registered, you can tap to scan for the check engine light.

Fixd Return Policy?

The return policy of FIXD states that any FIXD product, excluding the Mechanic hotline service and Clearance Items sold as "all sales final", can be returned within 30 days from the date the order was delivered. For a prepaid return shipping label, contact FIXD within the 30-day window. All returns must have a prepaid return label, and arrive at 75 5th Street NW Suite 2120 before a refund can be issued.

For the FIXD Premium subscription, cancellation and refund requests can be made at a specific URL. Please note, since FIXD frequently offers a free trial, refunds may not be available outside of the trial period. A refund will be issued up to 30 days after the date of the initial charge. A refund will not be issued for yearly renewals after the first year. If a sensor was included at no cost along with the Premium subscription, the sensor must be returned during the trial period or within 30 days of the initial charge date to cancel the trial or request a refund for the FIXD Premium Subscription.
